Nearly half of JCPS schools need additional support, new accountability results say

Twenty-one of JCPS’ schools were considered in the bottom 5 percent of the state, 2018 accountability results found. Through mapping those schools, I found they were almost exclusively in poorer, predominantly African American areas.
